Welcome
to the mid-July edition
of the Seattle TEC Leadership eNotes. I hope you had a great July 4th
holiday. I’m just catching up from a vacation over the holiday, thus this
mid-month edition.
This edition of Leadership eNotes includes an article on
customer service with a sample Competitive Customer Service Questionaire
that you can use to explore your customer service vulnerabilities.
Additionally, this edition includes two articles that focus on you, instead
of your company. This is consistent with the “enhancing the lives” portion
of the TEC mission.
Have a great month!

has the lowdown on cholesterol, the good, the bad and the fatty.

Quote for the month
"When customers leave for greener
pastures they usually give price as
the reason, when in fact, it's
often simple neglect”
